Moonlight Ski and Bonfire - Saturday January 31

Members of Kolapore Trails are invited to gather in Kolapore County Forest for this wonderful annual event.  We think the weather forecast is reasonably auspicious, and that skiing should be possible.

Space is limited - maximum 40 participants. Please pre-register if you would like to attend. This is essential, as we will need to contact you if conditions don't permit a safe event.

Where: County Forest Parking Lot on the Osprey - Blue Mountains Townline, just west of Grey Road 2

When: Saturday Jan 31 - Arrive between 6:30 and 7:30 pm, and groups will depart periodically. People can ski out as they wish during the evening. The event ends by 10:30 pm

What: A short, guided ski into the bonfire area followed by socializing with fellow KWTA members.

What should I bring: Appropriate clothing (layers); headlamp; your choice of food and beverage.  You can stand around, but a chair and/or sitting pad could increase your comfort.

Please note that you will be asked to sign a risk release form on arrival.

This is a safe, family-friendly event. Please stay home if you are not feeling well.
