You are invited to the Kolapore potluck dinner and moonlight ski on Saturday February 8. The dinner will be held at the home of Bruce King and Valerie Jones. For more info on the location, please email email@example.com.
The skiing will be on relatively flat trails in the County Forest. Members are welcome to come for just the dinner - the moonlight ski is optional.
The plan is to have a social hour from 6 – 7 (BYOB), dinner from 7 – 8, followed by a ski. We will go out in small groups. A bonfire will be the destination for the ski. Warm refreshments will also be available at the house after the ski. We hope that there will be enough moonlight to guide the skiing, but we strongly recommend bringing a headlamp along as a backup source of light.
Because of space constraints this event is limited to KWTA members. Advance registration is essential (attendance is capped at 30). When you register, please indicate what type of food you intend to bring to the potluck dinner (appetizers, salad/vegetable, main course or desert). Disposable plates and cutlery will be available, but if you want to be green bring your own plates and utensils.
Registration information: To register or for more information call Bruce or Val at 519-922-2198 or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the names of attendees and the food item you plan to bring. Please register by Thursday February 6.
